Tiphany Richardson is a marketing specialist/coordinator, leader and Realtor, among many other great attributes.My history has taught me that no dream is too far to reach. Presently, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing at Florida International University. I expect to graduate December 2018. Before graduating with my Associates Degree, I was awarded various certificates for “Accounting Technician Specialist”, “Business Operations”, and “Business Specialist”.By working closely with several pharmacy managers, invoicing personnel, and facility managers over the last 6 years, I grew into my pharmacy’s lead technician. I have been expected to train all incoming technicians and cashiers on our companies standard operating procedures. As the lead technician, I assisted my Pharmacists in marketing and coordinating our health events and promoted our pharmacy with my engaging personality, hustle, and tenacity, hence, increasing our company’s customer satisfaction and profit. During my 8 years of working as a pharmacy technician, I learned to pay close attention to detail, analyze situations to find an appropriate solution, and most importantly, to always maintain a high level of honesty and integrity.
