• Flexcube V12 core banking system implementation• Internet and mobile banking implementation• Data warehouse (Star schema) implementation• Core banking service parameter (Core Entirty, CASA, SI, DE, RT, LC, CL...etc)• Users first level support during test phase (define issue root cause, solve issue in scope, escalate issue to responsible teams)• Manage/follow-up issue with Oracle and users based on project phase• Manage deployment plan OFSS fix and Bank’s Customized Unit• Develop reports (SSRS) for Card, Finance, Credit, AML, and NBC.
