Specializing in residential real estate in the greater Knoxville area since 2008. In addition to being a Broker, I am also an accredited home staging professional with a degree in interior design. I use that education to give my sellers an edge over the competition. I show clients easy and inexpensive ways to make their home show at it's best. I also have obtained designations in senior citizen housing, foreclosures, and short sales. I have worked on several estates and have abundant experience in assisting families with the liquidation of estate properties as well as help seniors cash in on their homes equity to pay for the next phase of their living. It is my goal to assist my clients ( both buyers and sellers) and introduce them to my database of service providers ( when needed ) to make the transaction as seamless as possible. I pride myself on providing an exceptional experience and often find myself helping several generations of families and repeat clients.
