This study uncovered a need for pricing controls and cross-communication among service centers to improve margins immediately. We also recommended capital investments to increase capacity for the highest-margin service line and refocused efforts to swiftly generate value through a new service capability in Iraq. ► Upon the launch of the new Oil & Gas Division, I led the brand-building process with help of an agency in Houston to build the new divisional brand identity and hired a stand-out talent among their team. As our Divisional Marketing Manager, she outperformed expectations, eventually becoming the CMO of high-tech infrastructure business in Houston in 2022.► I led the post-acquisition integration projects of three acquisitions (Australia, Houston, Oklahoma City) with over $1B invested. This included project management to deliver on desired financial synergies along with operational, cultural, and people initiatives to bring them into the Division structure and deliver our high-growth market penetration strategies. -
