Cost reconciliation after completion of each order.Verify cost saving opportunities on any component of product & process. Independently correspond and manage foreign Colleagues. Work with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications. Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility. Expertise on customer service and relationship management. Produce reports to management and Counter parts. Developing fabric and all type of samples. Responsible for all submission of approval (Lab-dip, Yarn-dip, Fabric Testing, Bulk Fabrics, Trims & accessories, Sample, such as color sample, Size-Set sample, Photo, PP, and Sealing & Shipping Sample).  Manage buyer, factory accordingly Make costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics. Production follow up Coordinate with sample sections, factories as and when required. Maintain liaison with buyers and PP & QA department. Ensure timely shipment. Arrange raw materials as per requirement for timely shipments. Closely monitor activities from sampling, developments to shipment stage. Work under pressure. Co-ordination with Buyers to be up to date. Sincere & dedicative.
