Duties/Responsibilities: *As an Accord member maintain all Accord issues of factories of which we are Lead Brand. Follow up accord/Alliance corrective action plan. Provide direction to factories for Accord requirements. * Factory assessment against BSCI standard and provide approval. * Maintain company protocol to select new supplier factory. * Provide RSP for BSCI audit to approved factory. * Conducting pre-audit visit, assist in third party audit and working with suppliers on corrective action plan to non-compliance concerns. Reviewing audit reports to ensure the quality of audit reporting. Maintaining audit database. * Follow up closely corrective action plans with suppliers/factories and support actively the remediation process by bringing solutions and advice if non-compliance is detected during the audit. * Supporting continuous improvement on fire and building safety. * Communicate all required code of conduct and standards to the audited factories. * Develop and deliver training opportunities that increase internal and external awareness and promotion of strong compliance, especially on worker rights & health & safety. * Assist factories to fulfill the compliance requirements. * Regular meeting with factory management to discuss company's COC and standard requirements
