Starting with migrating most users onto new Windows laptops and then the last remaining group onto Mac, the pace of work has remained consistently fast. The role involved using Microsoft Intune and EPC to manage devices by enrolling hardware onto Intune and adding configuration scripts. Additionally, significant contributions were made to develop the recently created IT equipment board, improving visibility and accuracy in tracking user assets, while efficiently managing tickets and workflows through Jira.The role required extensive user interaction, clear communication, time management, and efficient scheduling of migrations through Microsoft Teams. Most migrations were completed in under 30 - 45 minutes, ensuring minimal disruption to users' productivity. Providing general and remote IT support was a key aspect of the job where delivering excellent customer service was important. This involved actively listening to users by empathizing with their concerns. Problem-solving skills were then used to resolve issues swiftly. Multitasking was also an important skill to have to meet and exceed expectations throughout the project.
