Sole ownership of the complete design and architecture buildup of a new product, from scratch, used for Geo Redundancy Health Monitoring (GRHM):• The product backend was powered by a Tomcat running Flow Engine (jBPM) operating a Rule Engine (Drools) alongside plugins-based scripts via a Script Engine (for Python, Groovy, JS).• The web frontend was based on Angular 4 with AngularJS Material (UI Component framework).• The intercommunication was based on dual interface – REST API for read-only static information and WebSocket API for both real-time notifications and update operations.

Engage in and responsible for the design of the VVM [Visual Voice Mail] (a pioneer email like view of one's voicemail, introduced to the mobile market with the appearance of the iPhone as being embedded inside it) product architecture (both mobile and web based facades), OSS/BSS environment and networking, as well as giving technical presentations, writing product description and manuals:• Work closely with marketing to extract the technical, functional and architectural requirement derived from the marketing ones, to be implemented by R&D and Integration teams and tested by the QA teams.• Move the product to work over virtual environment (VMware).• Initiate and write, from scratch, a Multi-Protocol Proxy, outperforming its predecessor by 900%.• Perform a self-motivated Best-Of-Breed comparison and selection of an OSS Reverse Proxy replacing an existing home-made one, yielding in 20 times capacity improvement (selected OSS was HAProxy and NGINX).• Define REST based Open API (Web Service) for Comverse Voicemail Platform.• Analyze, design and oversee a complete architecture turnaround that led to a 5 times service capacity improvement (utilizing Oracle Coherence (distributed cache) and Apache ActiveMQ (message broker)).Close a circle with the Visual Voice Mail product after being responsible for its early development as a team leader, and as such outlined its J2EE based architecture as Weblogic AS (Application Server) powered multitier application. The product was sold to and activated in more than 30 customers (mobile operators), running over a farm of 200 machines in the biggest deployment.

Product was installed on about 10 mobile operators with high satisfaction (with up to 20 million subscribers per system).Application was designed from scratch and developed in Agile methodology (one of the pioneers in Comverse to implement Agile in development).
