Offering full suite of information security services including - CISO as a Service, Information Security, ISMS transformation, internal audits, business continuity, data privacy, third party risk management, security transformation, security operations, vulnerability management, SOC audits, client audits management, managed SOC, and IT Security M&A due diligence. Additionally helping build new service capabilities, grow business and deliver client engagements.

Led strategy and partner led business for TCS cyber security. The responsibilities included business planning, capability assessment, develop growth strategies, partner alliances, go to market strategy, ecosystem strategy and M&A due diligence.

Extension of responsibilities - Cloud security emerged rapidly and organization demanded more than MSS, took over global MSS & cloud practice lead role with in TCS cyber security. An emerging area with demanding talent pool and internal overlaps was a tough one to navigate through, and then came Covid19. With lots of learnings, offering finalization, transformational skill development was a shorter one but successful one to roll over MSS engine. And Novel COVID-19 triggered new priorities, demanding to adopt immediately with new normal and client buying pattern change. Handed over cloud to next level and took up new challenges and re-invent growth for cyber security in new normal.

The time, when cyber security became focused business & services line, experienced changes to set the stage for billion dollar business for future, i took my baton with in newly formed cyber security business line to guide through MSS service line with relevant offerings, partnership and key professional services capabilities. Stayed as biggest service line out of 6 offerings, with 42% revenue contribution multifold growth. Many differentiated solutions developed ground up by the team, which outplayed competition and helped TCS improve market penetration, winnability and improved analyst mindshare. Travelled across the world to penetrate new geos for TCS MSS.

Peak of new experiences, where technology met commercial aspect and learned about developing techno commercial proposals, response to RFPs, implementation & transition of MSS services while working TCS MSS Center of Excellence. Scripted MSS service offering for more than 70 TCS clients, helped ~20 clients setup their security operations ground up, built a sustainable competency pool at TCS scale to drive business growth to ~100 million business. Also broadened my security horizon by acquiring CISSP, CISA, CEH; a blend to hacker's perspective as defender, consultant at enterprise scale and auditor for ISMS and security controls. A time also helped me develop a people's leader, the team vocal enough to try out new things, loved to take up challenges and passionate with purpose. Also lot of learnings from TCS global vertical leaders during large deals, TCS global clients, partners , peers and off-course the team.

A short but high impact tenure with an opportunity to work as SOC implementation engineer at one of the largest global BFS client in it's industry. Process and processing at scale , threat management beyond IT infrastructure to business centric apps, customization and stress testing of some of world's best SIEM technologies were at stake. As L3 SOC engineer was responsible for tech configuration, onboarding, correlation rules development, investigation and root cause analysis of cyber incidents.

My first IT exposure and start of cyber security career in MSS group where i learned cyber security technology, processes, SOC operations. Worked as SOC engineer with TCS MSS in 24X7 environment to upkeep TCS client's ahead for their cyber adversaries with right technologies, processes and people collaboration working for common objectives.

Worked as DSL Field Operations engineer with Bharti Airtel and it's affiliates. Installation, configuration of DSL broadband modems, routers and wireless devices for residential, commercial and enterprise in Gurgaon region. Learned customer centricity and experienced interaction with ~2000 clients from various ethnicity and roles.
