These included software development, mechanical engineering, robotic engineering, electrical engineering, SQA, customer support, and operations/manufacturing. As the architect for the solution I was responsible for all technology decisions, product schedules, features, and budget. Successfully shipped the VGo solution on a budget that was 50% of what other communication startups required to get to market and they did not require a robotics or tooling expense.As a board member I recruited our VP of Sales and VP of Marketing into the company.
