Responsible for all QA operation and heading a international QA team with approx. 80 factories with around 10 million pair of shoes per year • QA inspection sample confirmation. • Quality System Implementation in all factories & QA ethics in team members • Closely work with supplier & test institute regarding chemical & Physical test issue as per EU norms • Communication point between client and QA team regarding quality. • Quality claim root cause analysis and preventive action taken. • Coordinating with client for new development. • Decision making on quality issue. • Sourcing new supplier. • Negotiation with supplier on pricing and timely delivery issue when ever needed. • Maintaining strong business relations with the suppliers
