• Collaborating and assisting with the development of promotional campaigns across various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, Google Display Network, SEO/SEM).• Managing email marketing campaigns and company websites.• Monitoring and reporting on digital analytics and make appropriate recommendations.• Coordinate/record information videos with Linde Training department on Linde products for internal staff.• Seek new partnership opportunities with relevant industry associations or companies to increase company brand awareness in the broader market. (ie: TAFE, Qantas Business Rewards)• Proactively reaching out to Sales and Product team members to gather Customer Testimonials and PR related content.• Conducting Competitor Analysis, reporting key findings to National Marketing Manager.• Co-ordinating POS, gifting and literature stock levels.• Assisting with inbound sales enquiries providing exceptional customer service.• Ad hoc duties as directed by the National Marketing Manager.

• Develop and prepare presentations for webinars, training and workshops for engineers to deliver.• Maintain and Coordinate diaries of dedicated Fortinet heads – including workshops, webinars, key event engagements, specific partner activities and CTAPs• Co-ordinating travel and preparing travel itineraries• Managing registrations, reserve lists, correspondents and logistics for workshops and technical events.• Monitoring and responding (or escalating where appropriate) Fortinet general enquiries• Liaise with Partner’s directly to obtain and collate proof of activity for marketing claim submission• Manage off site storage of Sales and Marketing Collateral• Management and distribution of samples and demo stock for sales team.• Creating and organising marketing content for programs, leadership pieces from initial copy development(with some assistance) to asset and campaign production, for strategic campaigns.• Managing lead nurturing, automated life-cycle messaging, event-triggered, and prospect-facing email campaigns.• Manage Exclusive Networks’ marketing funds from key vendors and campaign participation.• Adapting campaigns, marketing materials, and other lead generation activities from key vendors / alliance partners that are involved in Exclusive Networks’ business.• Generating reports and analysis to support marketing key performance indicators such as lead generation, lead follow-up, and lead conversion.• Manage Exclusive Networks’ Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn etc) presence – for the purpose of growing our Business, increasing Brand Awareness and informing our community of relevant events, updates, programs, alerts etc.• Manage and develop all customer contact lists/databases to increase the effectiveness of all outward communication and marketing activities (NetSuite, Act-On, Marketo etc).• Event Management of physical and virtual marketing events such as Executive Luncheons, Trade shows and Conferences, Seminars, Webinars, etc.
