**Mundo De Luz Talent Buyer Consultant – Envision 2025**As a Talent Buyer Consultant for Mundo De Luz, I collaborated closely with the Curator through bi-weekly meetings, engaging in pre-production strategies and creative design sprints to define the event's artistic vision. My primary responsibilities included crafting and finalizing headliner presenter offers, transitioning contracts to the Curator and AR Liaison, and overseeing all administrative processes. I managed the Yoga AgreeMa and performance budget by entering essential data to ensure all contractual obligations were met. Throughout the booking process, I maintained effective communication with MDL talent. Post-event, I assessed talent satisfaction and collected feedback to inform future improvements.
