Tish Burris, Senior Program Manager for R & D products and sustaining products. The Biomedical projects in today's growing market and much of which is in R & D @ Lead-Lok includes the development of smart medical devices.Tish has over twenty-years of experience in product development. Prior to joining Lead-Lok, she managed product development and change control for all of the small to medium business division for a worldwide leader in computer networking.She also has extensive experience in computer CAD drafting, printed circuit board design and OEM product development. Tish’s educational qualifications include five technical college certificates in Cad Design, PC layout, Communications, Basic Electronics and Coastal Navigation. Attended foothill college and Cabrillo college with emphasis in Electronics. Currently, Tish manages a staff of 7, and oversees the disciplines that create both the structure and practices to guide the research and development of new product introduction and provide senior-level leadership & oversight. Strategically, it encompasses the management of customer relations, decision-making roles, and responsibilities for executing the program effort, on schedule and within budget..
