I was an administrative assistant and carried out a myriad of administrative duties. Including correspondence, managing budgets, doing light bookkeeping, ordering of office supplies, and making travel arrangments. I also handled administative details of customer conferences and arranged the catering for a typical client working lunch meeting. I prepared and assembled marketing and presentation material in preperation for customer sales presentations.

I took time away from my career to raise my two children. Sydney and Cole are now 11 and 12.

I was responsible for handling the mail, shipping, receptionist duties, secretarial services, faxing, photocopying, conference room scheduling and other support for twelve executive suites.
