At Techstars Global Education, I produce, create and project manage the development of adult learning and training educational resources, cohorts, courses, workshops, onboarding materials, films, training kits, and more, for our accelerators, alumni, community programs, and Network around the world to help entrepreneurs everywhere succeed. Recently, I've redesigned and developed the Techstars Core Curriculum resources and teaching materials for all Techstars' global accelerator programs. I #GiveFirst and believe that entrepreneurs can build a better future. Former tech reporter, educator and producer with a background in print and digital, and higher education. I've led two media publication startups with office and remote teams around the country, both exited. As a reporter and editor I've covered consumer and emerging technology. I've been an on-air tech correspondent for multiple affiliate networks in the Phoenix Metro and Tucson area, as well as an Emmy award-winning TV show. I've been published in multiple national tech publications including TechCrunch, TechCo, Fitness, Demand Studios, and more. Producer and scriptwriter of video interviews and films for TechCo Media during SXSW with notables such as: Mary Lou Jepsen, Amy Webb, Jessica Shortall, Warren G, and more. I also wrote, conducted and produced interviews for Chase for Business during 2017 & 2018 Startup Week powered by Techstars.What I'm really proud of: I received the 2015 Arizona Governor's Council Diversity award for my efforts in diversity leadership in the workplace, co-writer with Brad Feld of the newly revamped Venture Deals Course, and producer and writer for Entrepreneurship & Mental Wellness - a 4-part series documentary.Beyond technology, I was a college professor in psychoscience and received the Adjunct Professor of the Year Award (over 1,000 adjuncts in the system) for my interdisciplinary work and innovative curriculum program that is still active today. I'm an educator at heart so I'll always continue to help people learn about building great businesses and emerging technology research that will make their lives better, motivate others to reach their potential, and tell a few cool stories along the way. I continue to be active in the community to help entrepreneurs succeed. Fun fact: I say "awesome, cool or amazing" at least once an hour.
