Lead and teach classes, and supervise their learning.-Responsibilities included: Creating lesson plans, leading lessons, ensuring students understood the topics they were struggling with, and writing up re-flections on each lesson.-Improved my confidence and various skills such as presentation, communi-cation, adaptation and being able to understand and explain using different methods.

-Had to adapt quickly to the workplace environment. Learn quickly how to use CNC machines. -Responsible for operating the CNC machine, keeping the machines and work stations clean, completing quality checks to make sure products were within the standards given, meeting the required demand for the products.-Developed the ability to work under pressure and to meet required demand. -Gained experience in working in a noisy work environment, improved my team work, communication and people skills with those I have just met.
