I oversee the SmartStart Unipreneur Learning Platform, managing strategic development, content creation, and quality control. Utilizing human-centered design, I enhance online learning experiences, while implementing revenue-generating strategies and acquiring paying users. I also support early-stage entrepreneurship, assisting in program development, offering mentorship, and leading training initiatives. My work in curriculum design ensures alignment with our mission and high-quality standards. I actively engage in business development through fundraising collaboration and proposal creation, while also providing versatile operational support. My multifaceted role combines creativity, strategy, and management to foster innovation, education, and entrepreneurship.

My role is Executive Vice President in Individual Committee in JCI Sovannaphumi, a chapter under JCI Cambodia. My tasks and responsibilities are mainly developing talents and providing training to Cambodian youth on topics such as leadership, communication, project management, and many more.The current project that I am supervising is The Next 2021. It aims to develop soft skills for 30 Cambodian youths and prepare them for their future career path.
