Perspective is a Business Design agency, based in Amsterdam. Business Design connects the Design Thinking mindset with business modeling tools to solve strategic challenges. We help our clients discover new ideas and develop innovative concepts. Starting with the point of view of the end user, we translate ideas and concepts into concrete solutions that can be implemented quickly. From Design Thinking to Design Doing. At Perspective I combine my qualitative research & project management skills with workshop facilitation (from discovery sessions to co-creation sessions to design sprints). In addition I am in charge of the international department, give internal interview training to new team members and act as the confident (vertrouwenspersoon).

As a senior project manager in qualitative research at PQR, I was in charge of the entire research trajectory (from acquisition, proposal, research, analysis to presentation of insights and recommendations) and responsible for the internal training of junior and medior researchers.

At PQR, an internationally oriented agency specializing in qualitative market research, I started as a project manager. Projects varied from media to education and from retail to medical. Main goal was to understand what people think/feel/want/do & why. What is motivating them and what is keeping them.

At Vicorp, developer of speech recognition software, I coordinated the international customer support department, including project management of complaints and software modifications.
