I am a research scholar in IITB-Monash Research Academy, working on investigating human cognition on driving, specifically the role of Working and Prospective Memory in driving performance of Young and Old Drivers, under the mentorship of Prof. Azizuddin Khan from IIT Bombay and Prof. Sjaanie Koppel from Monash University. My current work can be applied in transportation policy making or designing safer road environments and vehicles. Her academic journey includes a B.Sc. Honours in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, followed by an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Mumbai. I have been consistently interested in cognitive psychology participating in various conferences and workshops for the same. My prior research has explored diverse topics such as cognitive metaphors and social stigma. Before my current research role, I enriched I experience as a visiting faculty member at Amity University, where I also contributed to teaching. Beyond my academic pursuits, I am deeply committed to sustainability, often found amidst plants and cats, reflecting my passion for environmental stewardship and animal welfare.
