Upon completing my undergraduate studies in Accounting Education at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (2012-2016), I worked as an accounting teacher at a Vocational High School (SMK) from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, I pursued a Master's degree in Educational Development at the Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation, Hiroshima University, from 2017 to 2019, supported by an LPDP scholarship. I have been a lecturer at UMS since 2020. My research interests are in the field of education, particularly focusing on teachers, students, teaching and learning activities, vocational high schools, and the sociology of education. For my thesis, I conducted research on teacher competence and certification at vocational high schools. Additionally, I have investigated the relationship between students' self-efficacy and independent learning in online education, as well as teachers' understanding of instructional models. Recently, my research has focused on students' socioeconomic status and its relationship to learning readiness and academic achievement.
