The last job role was with Sanlam General Insurance, where I managed the Retail & Partnership unit as well as Customer Service & Telesales unit. In that time I was also responsible for Complaints and Feedback management and finding the best solution for them.Currently, I head the Customer Success of Tangerine General Insurance, which cut across Onboarding, Feedback Management, Renewal Campaigns, Complaints Management, Upselling and Cross Selling etc.
