Joint venture with owner and myself as Project Foreman which then carried me to Lead Superintendent overseeing multiple projects at a time. Through successfully completing initial job responsibilities, I was then promoted to Project Manager / Estimator responsible for negotiating contracts and becoming a vital role in decision making for ongoing to future projects.
