Together with the IT lead team, making decisions for a simple, integrated and cost efficient architecture.- Deliver innovation that will drive value to the company- Responsible for the IT Business Intelligence project delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Manage and mitigate risks and issues. Escalade and resolve in a timely manner any issue, scope change request or budget concerns.- Partners with business sponsors to define scope, success metrics and criteria- Develop, implement, and manage process blueprints, policies, workflows, and data flows - Manage SLA (Service Level Agreement) with external service providers
