Responsibilities:- Formulate a vision for how technology will be utilized within the company- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy for alignment with its business goals- Discovery and launch new initiatives as products/projects- Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the company’s short and long-term needs- Identify and implement innovative technologies that yield competitive advantage- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance- Capitalize on stakeholders’ feedback to advise on necessary improvements and adjustments- Make executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements

- IT strategy, project planning & portfolio management - Deliver innovation that will drive value to the company- Business and Community engagement - Key communication and engagement point between the regional/hub go-to-market, global function & the IT organizations- East Europe IT Budget management - Accountable for the IT budget at regional/hub and functional pillar level- Orchestrate the functioning of the matrix organization, pulling in the appropriate resources as needed

Key responsibilities:- Drive one vision and strategy. Together with the IT lead team, making decisions for a simple, integrated and cost efficient architecture.- Deliver innovation that will drive value to the company- Responsible for the IT Business Intelligence project delivery and results according to success criteria (scope, quality, time, budget). Manage and mitigate risks and issues. Escalade and resolve in a timely manner any issue, scope change request or budget concerns.- Partners with business sponsors to define scope, success metrics and criteria- Develop, implement, and manage process blueprints, policies, workflows, and data flows - Manage SLA (Service Level Agreement) with external service providers
