• Conceptualize, develop and implement new initiatives to enhance Brand preference • Develop meaningful communication to meet Revenue target and Customer Market Share• Interact with Corporate brand team, Creative agency, Media agency, OOH agency, Research agency, PR agency and Event agencies to initiate and manage circle initiatives • Initiate and manage tie-ups with leading brands & establishments for joint promos and loyalty programs• Initiate and manage all events BTL activities• Develop and implement retail visibility plan• Manage A&P budgets• Manage Trade and internal employee communication• Lead and motivate the Circle brand team to improve delivery process and enhance business productivity
