If I could choose only one word to describe myself. I'd choose Autodidact - self-taught person.From a very young age, I've been consumed by learning. I'd explore a myriad of topics and move from one obsession to another. It's ironic that I eventually chose not to go to university, a place where I could have spent 4 years ferociously consuming more knowledge. You see, by that time, I had realized I learn best, not through books, but when I get my hands dirty. When I think back on this decision, it's probably of my wisest decisions to date!Walking this path less traveled has brought me far and wide. I had a career in videography, events management, and training/consultancy. (All of which I had zero qualifications for). I've been able to be a part of some amazing projects like raising $100,000 for a charity organization, training people all across APAC/Africa, and even got to produce a movie! I wish for everyone to experience this joy of constantly developing and evolving. I've experienced how it can be done no matter what situation we're in. However, it sometimes takes a bit of effort for a person to discover their unique way of learning. But when they do... there's no holding that person back! I've since made it my mission to be a steward of learning. It doesn't matter if it's through training, consultation, or just a conversation. As long as people become more autodidactic too.
