Administer a comprehensive residence life program for roughly 4,600 students. Provide supervision, development, and support to Hall Directors in order to assist them in forming residential communities that reinforce the educational mission of the institution. Oversee the daily operations of the Student Union, including building reservations, marketing, and scheduling/ supervision of all daytime, evening, and weekend employment. Primary DutiesCoordinate the daily operations for 2 residence hall buildings; occupancy of 460+ undergraduate men and women ranging from Sophomores to Seniors while supervising, training and evaluating 16 Resident Assistants, 2 Head Residents. Chaired and coordinated the committee responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of the student staff training and the EDUC 319 class. Served as Administrative Judicial Conduct Officer determining sanctions and follow-up ranging from community service to probation and eviction for students.
