Steve Titus is currently the Managing Member of Pavus Blu, LLC, an entity he set up to manage the many private investments in the real estate, technology, and consumer products industries. Steve serves on the Board of Directors for Geenee, Inc., an international technology startup company focused on developing innovative solutions for webAR. Additionally, Steve is an investor & Observer to the Board of Directors for Opkix, Inc. Other Advisory Board roles include The Lyles Companies, Leisure Society, iDOME Shelters, and APSI Wifi Services, LLC. Steve also manages his family’s personal investments, including both domestic and international real estate, as well as other investment opportunities.Steve also serves on the Family Council for his wife’s family’s multigenerational family enterprise.Former professional experience includes:Steve Titus joined Hamilton Realty Services in 2003 to assist Owner/Broker, Scott Hamilton, to build a business system to develop and manage new business. Focusing on new home sales in urban environments, Steve assisted S. Hamilton in creating an innovative sales strategy, which ultimately resulted in an exclusive listing agreement for a $301M, 556 unit high-rise condominium project in downtown Long Beach, the largest on the southern California coast. With the restructuring of the company to DOMA Properties, Inc., Steve’s detailed involvement helped increase the sales in escrow of the original sole proprietorship from $25M to over $250M in less than 2 years, positioning DOMA as the "Go To" new homes real estate firm in Southern California.In addition to helping build a successful real estate brokerage, Steve is also an avid real estate investor. He has owned several properties, both residential and income, throughout southern California.Prior to Steve’s involvement with Doma Properties, Steve owned a custom retail interiors and display design/manufacturing business that served the action sports, fashion, consumer electronics, and automotive aftermarket industries for 12 years. He successfully sold his company to pursue other career opportunities.Steve received his bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara (U.C.S.B.). He was a professional snowboarder for 5 years, and now is involved in various real estate and other investment transactions while traveling with his family around the world, experiencing new cultures.
