I am an academic researching education and leadership development for small and medium enterprises and teaching with Monash College, Monash University, University of Melbourne and RMIT in management and leadership. I am also involved in ongoing leadership and people development consulting projects, making a positive difference through developing better leaders. In my 20 years of experience in leadership and organisation development in Asia, I've designed and delivered consultancy solutions for various public and private organisations. I also speak at seminars and conferences regarding personal, organisational, and leadership development. A variety of tools used in my consulting interventions include the DISC, MBTI, Firo-B, Adversity Response Profile and Big Five Personality Profiling. My education in Engineering (National University of Singapore) coupled with a PhD (RMIT) and an MBA (University of Melbourne) provides a systematic and all-rounded orientation in the consulting and training programs I conduct.
