CurrentAs part of the senior management team this role involves leading research into strategic future service delivery opportunities by blending ideas and concepts from all business areas: technology, marketing, communication, change management, and service delivery.Identifing new technology opportunities and new directions that would create positive outcomes Identifing service gaps and support the development of appropriate models of service delivery to address these gapsRecognising and stimulate ideas with high potential impact. Organise and facilitate brainstorming workshops to bring new ideas or projects to fruitionMonitor progress against financial targets for allocated projects and ensure priorities for achievement of targets are established and met.
