To manage the other 3 Ski Hosts within one of the Mark Warner Hotels. My duties within the hotel were to ensure that the ski desk was manned at all times, all ski areas were kept clean and tidy. I had to ensure that a ski host was tasked to sit down guests at every single evening meal and that guests were given a ski brief upon slope conditions and weather for the next day.On top of this my main job was to take groups of skiers out for the complete week, in the day, ensuring that they get the best skiing out of their holiday. I was required to go through a First Aid training on the mountain course and attended several seminars upon Ski Hosting and how to treat your customer on the mountain.
