As a Learning and Developing Specialist at Gewiss, I create digital content for internal communication and sales force training. I use Articulate 360, a powerful tool for e-learning design and development, to produce engaging and interactive courses and modules. I also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align the learning objectives and outcomes with the company's strategy and vision.I have a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from Università IULM, where I developed a passion for marketing, public relations, and IT. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Training and Development at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where I am learning how to design, implement, and evaluate effective and innovative learning solutions for organizations.
