TJ is currently the VP of Advisor Engagement at Priority Financial Group where he gets to help financial advisors find the best platforms to grow their business. He intentionally walks alongside advisors and learns about their current business and future goals. TJ and the PFG team desire to build a bridge for advisors and financial institutions to help their clients, customers, and members achieve their goals! TJ's ultimate desire is to serve others and bring out the best in everyone he encounters. He sees the success of people around him as his top personal goal. Prior to this role, TJ worked in Medical Device Sales with Stryker. He owned specific product lines and grew business throughout the Great Lakes region. He led individual business planning meetings and pitched products to customers, C-Suite executives, and surgeons. He worked alongside 10 territory sales reps to provide exceptional service to a multitude of accounts and maximize the value of the deals his team made. TJ played professional baseball for 9 years after 4 years of being a Division 1 student athlete. He was part of 4 championship teams and played a pivotal role in unifying many multicultural locker rooms. He spent 3 years coaching baseball at the collegiate and youth levels where he built lasting relationships at crucial times in the development of his athletes.
