I am Level II UT/VT Field Technician. I help with various types of inspections in field and in Process Plants. I do Internal Inspections, External Inspections, Visual inspections, Hydrostatic Testing and NDE Inspections.

I oversee the new and remodel construction jobs or STCHM. I also followup on maintenance issues on our three campuses. I teach First Aid/Infant-Child-Adult CPR/AED/LifeGuarding. I teach Crisis Prevention Intervention and Texas Hunter Education. I am the Licensed Water Operator for the STCHM Public Water Supply and have my certification as a Master Meter Operator for the STCHM natural gas supply. I work closely with the TCEQ and the Texas RailRoad Commission keeping up with the current laws for water and natural gas.

I was responsible for the Contractor Sales employees. I would sale framing lumber, windows, millwork, hardware and roofing to Custom Home Builders as well as individuals. I would do a material take off an submit quotes to supply all the building materials I could sell through Lowes. I would help schedule deliveries. My job alos included collecting debts that were over 60 days past due and or file liens.
