I've been an Oklahoma City Police Officer since 2002 and have received training, experience, and certifications as a Field Training Officer, Control Defensive Tactics Instructor, Tactical Flight Officer, Tactical Team Operator, Bike Patrol Officer, Basic & Advanced SWAT, Emergency Response Team, NARC Assault with rotorcraft repelling , Less lethal weapons, Incident Command System, Homicide Investigation, and Mounted patrol. Promoted to Sergeant 2007, Staff Sergeant 2012, Master Sergeant 2017. I am FAA Part 107 certified Unmanned Aerial Pilot certified with the Department's first apprehension utilizing SUAS, and rappelling Ropes 1&2 through OSUOKC. Violent Crimes Apprehension Team (VCAT), United States Marshall Service Special Deputization as well as Oklahoma County deputization. I have been the recipient of 2 Life Saving awards from Oklahoma City Police Department, 2 Meritorious awards from Oklahoma Sheriffs Peace Officer Association and Deputy Chief's letter of commendation. Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Sisu homeless services.With 20 years of Law Enforcement experience, I am still a self motivated individual that enjoys staying fit and helping others. I feel as though of your not bringing somebody up, you are pushing somebody down. I'm always trying to remain humble and grateful for opportunities that I have had throughout the course of my life both personally and professionally. I've tried to remain consistent when applying the rule of, "treating others as though you'd like to be treated!" I try to avoid complacency and try to never stop improving on myself whether personally or professionally in life. I've realized that if you want something out of life, you have to work hard for it! I enjoy spending time with my family, and try to raise my children with the same values.
