· Development of critical market access strategies that are incorporated and prioritized for the Rare Disease Early Pipeline.· Ensure inputs from key countries are captured to deliver global market access and reimbursement.· Shape overall Research Unit thinking and strategies to incorporate payer and patient needs to deliver a value proposition that drives timely reimbursement and access· Work closely with HEOR colleagues to ensure evidence development strategies area aligned with market access needs and prioritized in development plans.· Work in collaboration with the Rare Disease Research Unit to ensure critical market access needs are identified at the earliest stages of development· Ensure reimbursement needs are included in the decision-making processes to optimize decision making and asset strategies· Conduct payer insights (e.g. early HTA scientific advice, payer research, ad boards, access metric tool) to inform DP3 decisions· Collaborate with HEOR to ensure Patient perspective is incorporated early in the development process· Evaluate the applicability of Value Based Agreement strategies that provide affordable access to Rare Disease assets· Leverage Real World Evidence tactics to enhance asset value and adoption· In collaboration with HEOR colleagues, optimize the design of pivotal trials to address the needs of payers and purchasers· In collaboration with PCOA colleagues, ensure patient-centric endpoints and/or PROs are properly embedded in the evidence plan· Work in collaboration with HEOR colleagues to define and support the payer value proposition
