I am responsible for all global voice communications and related applications. Most of the applications my team is responsible for supporting are cloud based solutions. We currently use Teams Voice as our main solution for all employees. My team is also responsible for supporting our Amazon Connect instance that our global Service Desk and Managed Services teams use. Other responsibilities include global design, integration, and support of all conference room technologies. We are currently converting from a custom solution to Microsoft Teams Rooms to align more with our core infrastructure.
