Responsible for the Kronos WFC v8.1.6 system assessment for the Kronos Dimension Global Implementation. Worked with KRONOS, Workforce Timekeeper, Time & Attendance, and timekeeping and workforce management system. Worked on gaps in the Kronos configuration setup and troubleshooting Configuration, of pay rules, work rules, pay codes, PCD, overtimes, updating FAP, Display profiles, Lookup tables within Kronos v8.1.6. Configured and Deployed Kronos 4500 Biometric & InTouch 9000 clocks and lead the roll out of 80 ADP 4500 Biometric clocks for all and had performed software upgrades to Kronos 4500-time clocks. Work Force suite provides labor management solutions in four key areas Time and attendance, Scheduling, Human Resource management and Payroll. Completed WFC (Workforce Central) and WFD (Workforce Dimensions) instructor led and Kronos Talent Central training.

Responsible Kronos upgradation project, Kronos 7.0 to Kronos 8.0 cloud solution created business case/project plan, created documentation for existing processes/reports/interfaces. Responsible for Implementation, Upgradation, Configuration and Customization of WFC, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and the whole Kronos Module. Worked on the Workforce dimensions' timekeeper and the time and attendance module which has the advance functions of timekeeping and I have worked on integrating the workforce dimension with Google platform. Configured Leave of absence, reasons, eligibility, documents, and Leave rules from HR practices, making recommendations for Kronos Timekeeping system best practices. Responsible for all functional and technical support of Kronos software including current live products (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and HR/Payroll). Performed upgrade to KRONOS WFC solution and added our consumer division also upgrade to KRONOS WFC V8.0 to include attendance and leave modules. Configuration for Timekeeping, Navigator, Scheduler, Devices, Interfaces. Configuration and Deployment of Kronos 4500 Biometric & in Touch 9000 clocks.
