I am a driven, fun-loving, focused individual who delivers results for my customers, both internal and external. I enjoy working on projects that will help positively impact the company and customers. In my current role, I act as a liaison between our distribution team and our IT department to ensure that company priorities and initiatives are being met. This is done by analyzing company needs, overseeing the design process of our our programs, story writing through an agile project management method, and guiding an application through the quality assurance process to release. I have also had the opportunity to work with many different levels of leadership throughout the company on a systems standpoint to ensure all business needs are being met.
