Educate and inform customers on all processes and systems specific to each training program.

Primary point of contact for students during their enrollment process for the Live OnLine program. Was responsible for ensuring all required documentation was received and filed for prospective students to enroll into the program while maintaining a high level of compliance. Achieved a high level of enrollment for leads received to help boost revenue for the Live OnLine department. Implemented organizational system to assist in minimizing the error and time for individual enrollments and allowing transparency and easy of information for managers.

Helped in the customer satisfaction and refunds for the Paragon game shutdown. After this short-term project, was allowed to stay on-board and moved to the Fortnite customer service team as a special team of contractors managing the financial transactions, returns, refunds, and potential account hacks.
