With over 6 years of experience in construction and 3 years in hospitality, I am dedicated to exceptional performance, fostering team collaboration, and achieving outstanding results.🔹 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE🔩 Techno Metal Post: Lead Helical Pile Installer (2016 - 2022)In my time at Techno Metal Post I became one of the state of Alaska's most experienced installers working in remote areas of the state and completing projects such as the foundation for the boardwalk in the Eagle River Nature Center that directly and positively impacted our local community.I became a lead installer from the bottom up with no prior experience and pursued and developed my own SMAW welding skill and certification. After the 7.1 earthquake in 2018, I was personally involved with hundreds of structure leveling/stabilization projects that impacted our community's homes in a huge way.🏠 The Copper Whale Inn: Assistant Manager (2014 - 2016)Oversaw the daily operations of a 5-star historic b&b in the heart of downtown Anchorage, Alaska. During my time at the Copper Whale, I successfully garnered the establishment dozens of great reviews and successfully maintained operations ran smoothly. Communication was a huge part of my successful tenure and I utilized my personable attitude daily in person, over the phone, and via email. Proficient use of the hotel program RoomKey was necessary.
