Studied finance in school and spent 13 years working at a leading Canadian financial institution. But it wasn't until after I transformed my own body, health and life by losing over 150lbs. that I discovered my true purpose and passion. I have dedicated the past 10 years to completing courses and researching many topics related to women's bodies and weight loss. I have been helping women achieve extreme transformations for the past 4 years. I have worked closely with both trainers and nutritionist to stay on top of industry knowledge. I now run my own coaching business and have the pleasure of transforming life's everyday.
