Taking a single project, I grew the Federal Enterprise Content Management presence by over 700% in three years, to 30 staff supporting 12 projects, whilst maintaining 93% leverage of consulting resources throughout. During this time, I also architected numerous solutions, including the first federal Records Management solution on FileNet P8 and generated business-leading Intellectual Property such as the CGI Methodology for Strategic IM and the CGI Case Management Reference Architecture.

In multiple Architect and PM roles, I completed a number of successful engagements throughout Europe and the US. Highlights include: - Delivered a complete multi-million dollar compliance system to support federal regulation and examination procedures with a team of 10 consultants. Due to aggressive federal guidelines, we delivered the project on time and within budget, completing an aggressive 14-week integration of the Oracle Fusion Portal and Collaboration, Kofax Capture and a full-suite RM/BPM implementation on the FileNet P8 Platform. Subsequently, the client contracted for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement covering all associated development and systems integration.- Architecting the NY DEC Web site solution (http://www.dec.ny.gov/) on RedDot XCMS and provided best practice support on Web standards, usability and navigation. In this role, I lead the migration design and transformation of more than 15,000 pages of content and 10,000 site artifacts with 4 resources in less than a year.- Managing a team of 7 creating the five-year strategic plan for an auditing body within the U.S. federal government covering Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence, process management, Collaboration and Enterprise Search. Project culminated in a $12 million, three-year financial and enterprise resource plan, as well as a five-year Information Management solution strategy.

- Taking a series of unrelated positions and unmanaged solutions, I created a team of 15 responsible for the holistic strategy, maintenance and consolidation of AMS communications built on a variety of platforms (e.g. Documentum, Domino, SharePoint), as well as the direction of creative services resources for the implementation of the AMS electronic visual identity. Utilizing media, technology, and usability knowledge to support AMS re-branding, the resulting launch won a Silver Quill award. - Architected the solution and managed the implementation team for an MS SharePoint Portal and architected an in-house on-demand media streaming service delivering audio and video content across 12 countries to more than 9,000 users. Not only was the project an internal successful, it was also completed two months early and 20 percent under budget.

Consulting Highlights:- Rating and billing operations manager responsible for the first production implementation of the AMS Tapestry next generation telecom billing software. In this role I expanded the operational footprint to cover 40 HP-UX clustered servers providing 24/7/365 real-time rating and billing services of more than 100 million call records and 1 million bill images per month. As Billing Architect prior to this, I designed and coded a fully run-time configurable database interface capable of processing in excess of 10 million records per day, mapping a fully object-oriented system in C++ to a relational database. For this design, I was awarded a U.S. patent.- As billing architect for the two-phase implementation of the first U.S. AMS Tapestry implementation, I designed the enterprise integration of AMS Tapestry with mainframe rating, Enterprise Content Management, Web-based provisioning, GL and online customer service systems. Delivery responsibilities included the design of a Unix/Oracle-based operational management system for Tapestry, the architecture and management of business continuity processes, Image Management architecture and disaster recovery

Recruited, built and led a cross-functional team of 20 with accountability for operational practices, billing, accounts receivable, business continuity and customer management within $20M call centre operation supporting clients such as O2. Designed and developed application and technology solutions that reduced executive complaint handling time to three days from 30+ and administration costs by 10%.
