He published his first book, The Art of Health Hacking: A Personal Guide to Elevate Your State of Health & Performance, Stress Less, & Build Healthy Habits that Matter in 2018, which has since sold over 15,000 copies and hit the Amazon Bestsellerโs list twice. He has since launched a thriving online community and podcast (HEALTH HACKER LIFE), joined a health data analytics company consulting on their B2B practitioner portal (HEADS UP), and is in the midst of co-authoring a paleo cookbook for couples with his partner, Amanda (KITCHEN CHEMISTRY).
