Trained as a Clinical Health Coach, TJ was surprised by the lack of knowledge and guidance on how to integrate sustainable lifestyle behavior change in a way that measurably improves health, energy, longevity and recovery outcomes. He published his first book, The Art of Health Hacking: A Personal Guide to Elevate Your State of Health & Performance, Stress Less, & Build Healthy Habits that Matter in 2018, which has since sold over 15,000 copies and hit the Amazon Bestseller’s list twice. He has since launched a thriving online community and podcast (HEALTH HACKER LIFE), joined a health data analytics company consulting on their B2B practitioner portal (HEADS UP), and is in the midst of co-authoring a paleo cookbook for couples with his partner, Amanda (KITCHEN CHEMISTRY). His “Hack, Stack & Track It” methodology and his “Health Hacker Formula” course have helped thousands of people coach themselves to better health by finding and applying the solutions that work for them in their unique lifestyle. He is also a speaker and has given health talks to companies including Google, Deloitte, and ACT as well as at numerous conferences worldwide. TJ currently lives in the mountains of Boulder, CO with his partner, Amanda and the Rare Goji Bear, their 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog.
