TJ worked on an application for the National Cancer Institute for the creation of the next generation of translational research tools, called caIntegrator. The purpose of caIntegrator is to allow different cancer research centers to quickly create a new study portal to run clinical, genomic, and image analysis on patients, as well as share their data accross the caBIG grid with other cancer centers. caIntegrator is a caCORE based web-app using Struts2, Hibernate, JSP's, and J2EE sitting on top of a MySQL database and communicating with various other external systems through the caBIG grid.
