Responsible for recruiting and development for one of our business unit with over 700 employees in 5 plants (Slovenia, Germany, Hungary). My job is to create and support systems in which can our employees reach their best version of themselfs.

- responsible for recruiting and development acitivites for one out of four business units in Hidria with 400 employees in two plants- providing support to employees in various HR related topics- providing support to management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures- annual interview system development- succession planning and career development plans

- key employees development plans- organizing and carrying out leadership workshops- talent management- implementation of HR projects- interpretation of psychological tests
