As Chief Emerging Technologies Officer for Turner Broadcasting System Ms. Jones formed and led Turner’s Audience & Multiplatform Technology Team (AMPT--600+ employees; $150M+ budget), a global team of digital technologists, data analysts and strategists charged with architecting Turner’s next generation technology infrastructure and supporting the development and operations of Turner’s new media products. The range of new media products included interactive websites, Smartphone and tablet applications, interactive TV applications as well as data solutions that combine to enable consumers to connect with Turner’s vast portfolio of brands anytime and everywhere.

Led a global team of technologists and strategists whose responsibilities included partnering with Turner’s brands and sales teams to architect and implement technology solutions and platforms to drive monetization of Turner’s audiences and assets.

Had responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations and budget of the TBS Legal Department and overseeing the substantive legal work for TBS’s digital media matters, technology transactions, business development, corporate and M&A deals, privacy, regulatory compliance, corporate secretarial, finance, and treasury matters, research and development arm, all transactional work for the CNN businesses as well as TBS’s animation and young adult businesses.

Served as chief legal officer for all Turner’s international businesses as well as managing the international legal team with personnel in offices throughout EMEA, APAC and LatAm, including offices in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Mumbai, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo.

Managed business planning and development activities across the Information Services organizations of The Coca-Cola system of companies worldwide. As part of the CIO's senior leadership team established and implemented global information technology strategies for the Coca-Cola System worldwide.
