I worked at three different Radio Shack locations, one in Big Rapids, Mi, and two different locations in Indianapolis, I started at the Lafayette Square mall location working as an acting assistant manager while the store slowly closed down due to geographical location reasons. My duties were the same for all three stores however. Task included updating sales tags and product placement, providing customers with information on products, new technology, and advice in any area they needed help with, Other duties included operating the cash register and handling money, opening and closing procedures, cellular device sales and activation, trouble shooting, customer support, and mediator between customer and providers.

While Stationed in Okinawa Japan I preformed fuel and electric diagnosis, service, and repairs on end items such as: Stanadyne fuel injections pumps, Cummins PT fuel pumps, Bosche Fuel injection nozzles, Niehoff generators and alternators, Prestolite starters. A few of my other duties included managing and informing personnel, continuing personal development by completing employer provided course work, optimizing work output, preforming quality control on finished products, ordering and logistics of parts and supplies, organizing group functions, improving group effectiveness.

While at Ed Martin Acura I was a line Technician working in the service department. Task and duties included oil changes, warranty repair work, installation of automotive cosmetic enhancements, routine drive train maintenance, electrical diagnostics and repair, squeak and rattle diagnosis and repair, computer control systems diagnosis and repair, alignments, engine maintenance, identifying work or broken parts for insurance claims, identifying parts needing replaced, mentoring and on the job training.
