These efforts are accomplished through our skilled team of chemists, engineers, quality inspectors, production managers, maintenance specialists and experienced technicians which enable ATC to develop exceptional customer or application specific products while continually reducing new product development cycle times and improving production efficiency and inventory turns.

Led a diverse team tasked with developing products that exceed structural standards through design and testing excellence, achieved by managing product lines from multiple global manufacturing locations to improve quality, facilitate process improvements and reduce time to market for new product innovations.

Managed the internal testing laboratory for Powers Fasteners as well as all independent testing programs conducted for the mechanical anchor product division. Added to company's stable of intellectual property by inventing products that were patented in the Unites States, Europe, Taiwan and China.

Managed a seven person sales and warehouse team for the state of Florida which grew annual sales revenue to be the largest in the country by optimizing and growing the distribution channels, strengthening standing customer relationships and implementing new programs for sales presentations to the structural engineering community.
