Having successfully Project Managed a second round of ESF projects on behalf of Cornwall College (Skills Support for The Workforce (SSW), Workplace Learning (WPL), Local Response Fund (LRF), Enterprise, Skills Support for Young People (SSYP) I have now been promoted to a new role.I am responsible for compliance across all contracts in The Cornwall College Group.My team and I maintain a high level of knowledge with regard to all funding streams in education to ensure that at audit we meet all of our contractual requirements. This includes among others:-Education Funding Agency (EFA) funded study programmesSkills Funding Agency (SFA) funding such as:-Adult Education Budget (AEB)Apprenticeship Frameworks & Standards (Trailblazers) including substantial knowledge of the latest reforms and the Apprenticeship LevyAGE Grants and Apprenticeship Incentive paymentsTraineeshipsCommunity Learning FundingAdult Learner LoansHigher Education (HEFCE) fundingEuropean Social Funding (ESF) & European Regional Development Funding (ERDF)We use our expertise in relation to these funding streams to answer a range of complex funding queries and ensure that all students and businesses are supported in maximising their opportunity to attract funding for their chosen course.We manage all subcontract activity with a range of partnerships in relation to the above and maintain TCCG's quality standards and accreditations.The team have spent numerous years working with Individual Learner Record (ILR) data and we use this experience to inform the validation and reporting of that information.

I have successfully managed and delivered on multiple European Social Fund contracts. Previously these have included Workforce Led, Clusters, ACE, Key Sectors, HE Leadership & Management. Currently I am managing Work Place Learning, Skills Support For The Workforce, Enterprise and Skills Support For Redundancy.I am also responsible for the contract management of the Cornwall Leadership Academy.I have a good working knowledge of the Adult Skills Budget (Employer Responsive, Adult Responsive and Apprenticeship Funding), Traineeships and 24+ Adult LoansAlongside managing the projects I build funding solutions to support the training requirements identified in businesses.I manage all of the budgets associated with the projects listed above and in all projects have delivered over target and well within budget.

After University I worked as a Tax Assistant at the Inland Revenue in Truro. This was a fixed term post and involved administrative and data work relating to tax returns.
